Kumudu Lal Bogahawatta, Secretary, Ministry of Housing, Constructions & Water Supply and the Director of National Mine Action Centre at the 2026 Inter-sessional Meeting of the Anti-Personnel Mine Ban Convention on 17 June 2026.
